PRIME LA Institute 
Presentation Workshop Request Form

Thank you for your interest in learning more about PRIME-LA Institute! Please complete the following survey and a staff member will contact you within 14 business days for additional information.

The Programs in Medical Education (PRIME) LA Institute is a year-long mentorship program with a culminating one-week summer intensive program designed to provide community college students transferring to a 4-year university with the opportunity to learn more about the PRIME-LA track at DGSOM.


To request a PRIME-LA Institute presentation, please complete this online submission form. Please note the following:

1. Proposals should be submitted a minimum of four weeks before the event.
2. A minimum of fifteen attendees is required for in-person presentations.
3. Submission of this form does not guarantee a presentation. Presentations should be held M - F between the hours of 9am - 7pm; Saturdays may be an option. 
4. Please note that a change to the initial request may not be able to be accommodated
5. All presentations will be confirmed through primeinstitute@mednet.ucla.edu email and response may take up to two weeks after submission.
