Thank you for your interest in participating in this paid virtual research study titled Assessing the Environment for Campus Violence Prevention at the University of California (UC). All participants will receive a $50 Visa gift code. Please fill out a the below questions in order to determine whether you may be eligible to participate in the research. Before doing so, the research team would like to tell you a little bit more about the study. We are working together on a research project to understand factors surrounding sexual and relationship health and sexual violence at the UC, and to examine the factors that shape sexual health and intimate relationships among students, staff and faculty. The research project interviews will be held online via a password protected Zoom call, and will last ~60-90 minutes.

 

Your answers to the following questions will be confidential. No one will know your answers except for the research team. If you do not qualify for the study, your answers will be destroyed. If you do 1) qualify for the research, 2) decide to participate in the study, and 3) sign the research informed consent form (sent virtually), the screening form will be saved with the research record.
