Thank you for your interest in hosting student interns from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health!

The Office of Public Health Practice (OPHP) created this opportunities form to share more about our programs and to circulate internship openings with our community partners to the right place within our school. This survey should take about five minutes to complete, though it may take a bit longer if you are unfamiliar with our programs and departments and/or are still developing the description for your opportunity.
