If you are submitting multiple abstract and mentor acknowledgement forms, please submit a new survey for each abstract.
 
About Solomon Scholars Research Day
Solomon Scholars Research Day is designed to highlight resident physician scholarship, including original research (bench, clinical, translational, or health services); clinical vignettes; quality improvement; and medical education innovation. The program will include a poster session and oral presentations (one resident from each residency program will be selected to give an oral presentation).

Participation and Attendance
Please contact your program director for information about participation requirements and requests for schedule adjustments to attend the May 13th event. We encourage all residents to submit an abstract (and poster) even if unable to attend the event in person; posters for those unable to attend in person will be displayed online during and after the event.
For our preliminary planning purposes, do you plan on attending the May 13th event to present your poster(s) in person?

  • The abstract must be submitted on the Word template provided (in word document format) 
  • The required font is Segoe UI; the required font size is 9  
  • The abstract is limited to one page; tables and graphics can be included 
  • Please ensure it is in publication-ready format, free of errors, etc.
  • ACP provides guidance to assist you in communicating your scholarship results. Please review the information available here for helpful guidance on the entire scientific communication process, from writing an abstract and/or clinical vignette to delivering a poster or oral presentation.
Please upload your completed mentor acknowledgment form here. Your research mentor or program director is required to sign this form as an acknowledgement that the abstract has been reviewed and approved for submission.
